Expiry of period to reply intimation u/s 143a1
Plz suggest as i get intimation from itax dept which needs to reply within 1mnth online period of which get expired.. now whether re request of intimation is req.

No. You can file rectification request, after the processing of the ITR as per suggested changes in the notice.
