| 6. mobile recharge of Managers/Officers/Drivers |
| 7. donation given for Jayantiz etc-amt 101< 3000 |
| 8. yarn sent for testing purpose to lab |
| 9. tube-lights purchased for godown |

First u confirm whether company has provided the quarters to manager, if yes you can pass the entries under the following heads:
| .TV cable bill for Manager house - Office Mainenance / Site Maintenance |
| 2. Electricity bill for Manager house - Electicity Charges / Site Maintenance |
| 3. Tata photon bill for office - Internet charges / telephone charges / site maintenance |
| 4. Computer repairs/NP antivirus/PC accerries purchase - Systems Maintenance |
| 5. Knotting chrgs for towel - Office Mainenance |
| 6. mobile recharge of Managers/Officers/Drivers - Telephone charges |
| 7. donation given for Jayantiz etc-amt 101< 3000 - Donations if eligible for 80G other wise general expenses |
| 8. yarn sent for testing purpose to lab - analysis charges / general expenses |
| 9. tube-lights purchased for godown - Godown Maintenance / Stores Consumption / Site maintenance |

Company has build up guest house for Manager & TV cable bill,Electricity bills,guest house maintenance bill these are the expenses related to that guest house.
