Exemption on cement bags ?

I have purchased multiwall paper bags which are used to pack cement and the same bag is exported to other countries, i have paid excise duty on those cement bags. Is there any provision to bring the bags with out paying excise duty because as they are same used to export.

if yes what is the notification no and procedure to be adopted and formailities to be submitted to the department.

please help me in this regards.

Sir,

In my view that if you paid excise duty on input, and used the input further Export Sale in this regard those material used for Export then you not have to pay excise duty on input if you paid the excise duty then you claim the Refund procedure in the Central Excise but in this regard various option is open. i.e SPZ EOU.

if you taken the Cenvat credit on Input then you would not filed the Refund if you paid the Excise Duty and not taken the Cenvat Credit which input used for Export then you filed the Refund.

Further plz clarify the Input or material consumed process.
