exemption from CS foundation

After completion of graduate one can claim exemption form CS foundation cource. CA student can registered for CA as well as CS. you just have to fill Form no-112 and submit it to The ICAI

CAN anyone please suggest me that either should go by intership first after passing inter CS or should appear for Final examination ... If go by intership first then wht is better option to do with  ... either by company secretary firm or by corporate trainee.. if By company secretary firm then can any one suggest me firms with name and address for intership in mumbai......... waiting for answer.......

then does that mean:

a) i am doin bcom(a&F) from ignou-icai? when its reg. paper comes; i will submit form 112. By the time i join CS ie after clearing pcc; will i have to submit another form 112 to tell icai that i have joined CS foundation and then CS inter(no articleship in this case)? will icai accept this(after all there will be no clash btw CA articleship and CS inter study)

b) is CS foundation mcq like cpt?

c) To what extent are CA and CS subjetcs have syllabus in common so that studying CS inter after passing CA inter and undergoing CA final study help me?

d) will icai allow students to do CA final,cs inetr and bcom(distance) at the same time?

I have pass CPT,Can I Join for CS Inter ?
