I am a student of B.com.... i wanna know whether cpt exemption is provided to us or not....

ICAI-Chennai in this regard and they said that in order to make the said Notification (please click here:https://220.227.161.86/26049council15546.pdf) effective, the approval of the Members of Parliament is required.
