meri idt me exemption hai..aur main accs aur sfm exemption ke liye prepare kr rha hu...toh kya agar result me mera 2nd grp clear ho jaata hai aur accs and sfm me 60+ aate hai..toh kya dono exemptions count hogi?

YES.
Rules relating to exemption are applied group-wise.
Hence, you can get exemption in any of the papers of G-I (by reading your query I presume that you don't have any existing exemption in Law and Audit).
However, you will not be eligible for any further exemption in G-II until you have exhausted the IDT exemption.
