Pankaj Sir is Right

agreed with pankaj sir
Exempt supply is defined in section 2(47) of GST Act.

(47) "Exempt supply" means supply of any goods or services or both which attracts nil rate of tax or which may be wholly exempt from tax under section 11, or under section 6 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, and includes non-taxable supply.

she is still right it includes nil rated supplies i.e 0%. no clarification has been given till now for this blunder....
When there is Table 8 define to report Exempted & nil rated supplies then why to show it under B2b ... even if its supplied to Registered person ..
GST return format is for matching ITC only & exempted supplies can be shown in table 8.

As GSTR 2 not get started else recepient would have reported all such exempted inward supplies in table 7 of GSTR 2
as per our invoice issue to B2B not matter its exempt ... we have to show it in B2B column
