There is not much of a problem regarding this. If you want, you can declare it in sept 3B and note down the details for further referecne.
Mention in September 3B
You should confirm from CBIC help desk number ( write mail ), and related provision in CGST act to show in GSTR3B , also confirm from help desk number , whether it can be shown in table 5 of the GSTR9 Annual return 20-21.
