Hi Everybody,
Can reimbursment of Telephone exp, fuel exp and others can form part of Payroll?
if yes, then will it be exempt or taxable?

It will not be taxable in the hands of the employee if these expenses are incurred in completing office work.
Can it be shown as seperate column under gross salary amount in Payroll?
