I am having a SSI Unit and my this year turnover will be around around 1.75 crore but out of it 75% sale was exports.. So do I need to take Excise registration or Will I be able to avail exemption. Please explain?

Calculating turnover of Rs. 150 lakhs for exemption from registration, export turnover will not be considered. No need to take registration and follow excise procedures.
mr. arun is right only declaration is require when turnover exceed 90 lakhs with in 30 days
