excise invoice rectification

u hv to issue supplimentary invoice and pay duty , in further course of sale, be careful for valuation under sec 4, coz random change of valuations will invite trouble for the unit.

Issueing of Dr note and Cr note from HO for exisable coomidity is not correct. supplementary invoice should be raised from factory only.

As righly pointed out by Mr shrama, you may lend in problem for valuation if you are changing the price.
