If an assessee not filed ER-7 till date for 2012-13, and wants to file by 31 August 2013.
Is there any additional form to be filed with this?
Is any penalty for late filing of return?
Whether this can be filed online?

ER-7 can be filed by 30th April, but there is no bar for filing iot late. But a penalty of maximum upto Rs. 5000/- can be imposed.
