Pleae advise, if a concern is producing and selling both duitable and non-dutiable products,  whether it is compulsory to show non-duitable products details regarding Production and Clearance in ER-1 returns

SURESH

Dear Sir, We have started a printing company 3 years ago now having a turnover of less than 80 lakhs. We do printing  for corrugated industry who supplies required paper as raw material. We use our ink for printng job. The corrugator takes back these printed paper to make carton. Some of the corrugators are under excise and some are not (since they fall under SSI). My specific question is, does my printing job come under exemption?

Manjunaath

Since you are doing only job work on bihalf of the corrugators you come under exemption for the job worker.
