We had exported goods in the month of December,2016 with payment of excise duty. Can we get refund of Excise duty from government and which office ?
Kindly guide us.

facility close ... you can only claim this in trans 1 .. no.more available ... where you pay EXCISE ... excise no more applicable
No way ,... you cannot , the form Tran 1 to avail such claims being closed.
I don't want credit, I want refund ,.....
Yes dear , to claim refund Tran 1 has to be file but as the date to file tran 1 is lapsed , now cannot claim refund
