Sir, We have merchant exporter registration (IE CODE) but basically we are manufacturer. We don't have central excise registration. How we can purchase Raw material & resalable items for export to Nepal without paying excise duty? We manufacture Industrial Air Conditioning system.

You are manufacturer cum merchant exporter and not registered under central excise then no need to follow excise procedure. If you have to purchase the goods from manufacturer and export it then you can purchase the goods for export under CT-1 without payment of duty.
