Excise duty pass on
We are not registerd in Excise As a Trader. we received the material from our mother plant (Mfr) and received the excise duty can we pass on the Excise duty if yes kindly provide the circular and notifiaction

Eaither you can work on bill to you and ship to cusotmer in whcih case you can pass on.
Otherwsie you need to get registered under central excise as a dealer and pass on credit to customer. Quarterly return would als obe reqd to be filed.
