If there is a diff between the qty mentioned in the excisable inovice
and the actual qty supplied
then how should excise amount can be adjusted :
1) By the Manufacturer
2) by the Customer
Which documents can be prepared & by whom ?

Option 1. You can send the remining differentiate qty through DC in case of you sent short qty. and You can make a excise invoice on As such basis u/s 3(5) of CER 2004 in case of you sent Excess qty.
