How the Excise duty would be computed on the closing Finished goods in the case of closure of factory and goods are also covered under legal and metrology Act.(Sec 4A of valuation will be applicable).Earlier the factory is claiming the Excise Exemption under Area base Exemption scheme.

Valued all material as per Invoices basis and reverse the same. How to value all input you know better from us. So that make the final details with materials and same reverse the same as well as Capital Goods or Service Tax Input. Also clear the Govt. dues and surrender online and same submitted in Dept.
Also touch up with Senior Officer of the dept. and follow the guideline step by step.
