Excise duty

Hi i m going to start working with a MNC dealing in packing for other companies, so this would be attracting compliances of excise duty. What steps should i follow to meet legal compliances in reletion to mainting books, making provisions and advance tax deposit and accouting entries too. What are requirement for the vendors and parties too (customer)
