we are import the vessal( ship) for ship breaking and pay Excise duty & Custom duty on the same.
we are pay
excise duty on ship purchase @ 8% & education cees @ 3%
Excise Duty on Oil in ship @ 8% & education cees @ 3%
Custom duty @ 10% & education cees @ 3%
Add. custom duty @ 4%
I want to know that which is to be taken in cenvat credit.

Excise duty + Edu cess is cenvatable
SAD is refundable if the goods are sold after paying VAT
