please advise non excise registers ssi unit cross their turn over 1.5 cr in 4 the month in current year so registration compulsory or not

query is not clear

clearance of 150 lacs of  "dutiable goods for home  consumption"  is the criteria for excise  registration

home consumption means clearance within india, but exclusing clerance for export or EPZ/SEZ
