Query:
If a trader buys exisable goods from manufacturer and pays him full amount along with exise duty..
Later on he exports the same goods to outside the country, then what is the process of getting refund of exise duty?
Note: The trader doesn't wish to disclose manufacturer that goods have been exported...
when he is exporting...isnt he adding the excise duty charged by the manufactorer to the export bill ? if he is which he should, then theres no point of refund as he is collecting the duty from the final customer
