For refund time limit given is within one year...so in your case🙄

Refund not available based on adjust/set off in Returns...
If You set off Your Transactions then no way....
If we discussing generally or commonly then suggestions as "excess ITC - Reverse with 24% interest" & "Excess liability - adjust next month Sales liability". Otherwise if you give details then only you can get exact solution from our CCI Experts...

The excess output can be claimed in appeal saying it was not TAX at first place. If you can prove it you can get that refund.

Better to give Your details here. Then You can get replies from experts...
If any appeal or assessment takes place then we can fight for such excess output otherwise nno chance of getting it back...at the first place it was by mistake and it was not liability (TAX) so only in the assessment it can be done
