Excess int paid on late payment service tax
Is there any provision to adjust excess payment of Interest on late payment of service tax against forth coming service tax payments

There is no provision for adjusting Excess interest paid with Subsequent Servicetax payment. However we can raise a refund request to Superintendent of Service tax.
