Use Auto filter, then select blanck cells and delete them. you will get desired result.

in case if one column is having a serial number / date etc. in ascending / descending order.  you can sort the entire data and all blank rows will go down.

Mr Rohit Solution suggest by Mr. Ranjjet will not be helpful in case of ROW BALNK CELL REMOVAL If u done this the data in other row will also deleted The best way to sove the problem is to use the logical function "IF" Ask for further enquiry Regards Nitin Agrawal cell: 9893791917 email:nagrawal.raipur @ gmail.com

I think u should use Autofilter option & then select the "blanks" and delete the entire rows. U can then Copy the compiled data as required in a new worksheet by selecting paste special, values. I think this would solve your purpose. Try It !

dear friends.. Thanks 4 writing. filter option won't work as  in filter  fuction, if a row is complete blank then it won't take next row data.. so in this way blank rows cant be deleted

Hi Rohit,

Excel will select the blank rows also provided you select all the rows (including blank rows) till the end and then put auto filter.

I suggest u select entire column (eg: A to D) and then try auto filter.....then even if A column contains blank rows...it ll get selected.....

Sorting, Autofilter are the best ways to remove blank rows.
