Go to Data and then go to Convert table into Text.. Select Delimited option and then ckick Next, then Delimiter is SPACE, click next and then Finish.. Both 10000 and Dr will be in seperate Cells

Text to columns in data tab can b used

Check it:

in your file "Dr" is not written in cell

just change the format of these cells to general from custom

Ya, just change to number fomat, option is in home tab

But i want to segregate these two..Customising that would delete the dr or cr..I dnt want that

in my opinion Dr./Cr. can't be segregated

as these are just in Formats of cell and not the data

u can saw it in formula bar

your file seems to be exported from Tally or any other software

may be, some options at the time of exporting the file can help

if u can export it in such a way that Dr./Cr. are in data & not in format
