There are lot of commands in Excel
Control C = Copy of any location
Control X = Cut
Control V = Paste
Control Z = Undo
Control U = Underline the Area
Control I = In Itallic Form
Control P = Print the page
Control S = Save the Document
From Formatting You can give any shape to your sheet by using different modes.
You can Short Data From Tools Command
In any excel file you can Hide those sheet which you dont want to sent on e-mail Th.Format- Sheet Hide Command
You can use Merge cell, Wrap text comands for better present your Data in particular cell.
You can hide rows/colums in any sheet which you are not required in your print, shift those area, Formate Rows/Column Hide.
Although There is a Book for Excell Commands in Market but these will be Memorise only after Practice so do contineous practice on Excell and give shapes of data according to use

GOTO FILE- THEN SAVE AS OPTION THEN AT THE TOP RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE DIALOGBOX SELECT GENERAL OPTION THEN PUT THE NEW PASS WORD AS YOU LIKE & THEN SAVE THE FILE
