well, the total period of 18 months is 15+3, where 15 months u hav to do regular articleship, and after that, ca has to give the balance period till exams as leve for exams prepration. tell ur principal to refer students guide...... u can hav lawfully leaves for prepration....

Hi Javed ! well if U hv completed ur 15 month's articleship than :1st u ask ur ca 4 leave if he refuse than what I'm suggesting u is that ask 4 transfer, & exams ke bad khin aur join kr lena

hi friends it is compulsary that every ca shall leave students after 15 month . actually my exams is in may 2009 & my ca is not leaving me till april . what can i do plaese tell yaar . plaese
