AT the time of making payment through online, as per my debit card in doesn't have expiry date So it was not accepting my payment. Kindly let me know is there any alternative way to make online payment? Please it's urgent

I guess yours is a Maestro debit card which generally does not have any expiry date or ccv no. To the best of my knowledge, you can make payment with either Master debit (or credit) card or Visa debit (or credit) card or Visa Electron debit (or credit) card.
This is only if you want to make payment by debit card. But if you want to make payment by net banking, there should not be any problem as it has nothing to do with your debit card. However, I don't know if the facility of net banking payment is available for making exam fee payment to ICAI.
So take a Master debit (or credit) card or Visa debit (or credit) card or Visa Electron debit (or credit) card from your friend or relative and make the payment.
