Exam form querry

If you are still undergoing training as an article clerk then signature of your Principal is a must. If you have completed your articleship then you can obtain signature from any member of ICAI, whether in practice or otherwise.

Thank you for your reply. I have one more confusion... On page 2nd of exam form it say "Name and Membership No. of the Member/Principal with Office Seal" so a CA not in practice will not be having OFFICE SEAL. Is it valid then?

No need to affix  the official seal in such case and the form will still stand valid.

have completed my articleship on 2nd July and sent form 108 but haven't recieved completion letter from the Institute as yet. in the exam application i am supposed to give a declaration that i have completed my articleship and enclose a copy of the letter of confirmation recieved from the Institute. What do I do??

Dear xyz90, you can enclose an application that you have completed articleship but not received letter, and whenever you receive letter, you can send attested copy thereafter. Same will ve valid process
