Exam Form Clarification for 2nd Group

Hi Friends

I was registered for both groups of IPCC and i just want to pursue ATC course at the time of examination and i have cleared my Group I that time and then registered for one year Articleship as required for ATC Certificate. Now, i am planning to give the 2nd group of IPCC during my articleship period.

Now, i need a clarification that can i fill the form without any problem or further registration and while filling my form do i have to signed my examination form from my Current C.A. under whom i have been registered for Articleship or can get signed by any other C.A.. ???
