I am worried that whether I have attached the certificate of training while filling the form or not.
although my form was filled and pdf is also generated. how I ensure my self that I have attached the certificate.
please help asap

i think its a mandatory attachment. if you had submitted that means you had attached

You have attached surely otherwise PDF cant be generated
in the FAQ it is mentioned that in case of final students a member of ICAI can attest the form , so can a ca in service sign on the certificate of service
any member of CA can sign. if the attempt is after 2.5 years of articleship, it should be signed by principal only.
many guys are saying only practising ca can sign certificate of service to be attached to exam form , plz clarify if ca in service can sign certificate of service to be attached to exam form

the pdf generated is in two pages only..? and scanned certificate copy is not included in the pdf?
PDF generated it means you have attached bcoz it is mandatory without attachment you cant go to payment gateway
Any Practicing CA can sign on Articleship Completion Certificate.
Even in Formate Stated that ,
" Member / Principal "
I also query about for exam form sending whether signature & Photo automatically appeared when submission of my CA-Final exam. But PDF form have been written to signature by Member/Principal of ICAI.
Can it be require to send or not..?

We need to take sign and SEAL on the exam form. If CA in Service who does not have membership seal so can we take sign from him? Is it ok if I attest the certificate of service just by taking signature fom a CA in service with his membership number and no seal??
