I am new register icai on 9th July 2018 and i want to submit exam form for November 2018 but when i am trying to signup icai website saying date of birth not matching plz help

I think for November 2018 attempt . you have to register before 30 June 2018.
yes , Aniket is right...u can give exam in may 2019 if u registered on 9th july 2018
