Ewaybill in case of unregistered job worker

if goods transferred from one job worker to another job worker of owner and both are unregistered. then who can issue way bill??

If both are unregistered then E-way bill is not required.

E-way bill is mandatory , Transporter can also generate E-way bill , or Either of Job worker has to registered himself as customer by giving PAN, Adhaar on e-way portal

In short : The movement of goods without e-way bill will attract Penalty

yes eway bill compulsary ... not matter both are unregistered facility available on portal you can generate way bill ... neither transporter is lianle to generate if value exceeds 50k

Transporter should be raise e way bill.

if the transporter is local tempowala and donot have registration then how can i issue waybill for this.

@ pamkaj had already told that job worker can issue way bill . through pan card registration in e way bill portal.

Registered customer can generate e way Bill, if both parties are un registered, then transporter should issue way bill, if transporter also unregistered, but he should enroll in e-way bill portal and get 15 digit unique transporter id.
