EWAY BILL CAN BE CANCELLED BY GENERATOR WITHIN 24 HRS FROM THE TIME OF GENERATION.  BUT IF EITHER GOODS ARE NOT TRANSPORTED.

ewaybill generated in Oct and goods not transfer till then how to cancel ? is it possible na for cancellation

my ewaybill generated in Oct but due to some Reason we don't transfer any Good's to them but ewaybill bill already generated but now I want to cancel this ewaybill and want to make new ewaybill in this month so can i do this now and if yes then how ?

See now you cannot cancel the this eway bill and as your invoice of October month and goods also not dispatch to party then how can send the Oct invoice in Nov. So also cancelled that invoice and make new eway bill too..
