what is the provision under eway in case of bill to ship to.
need to generate one eway bill or need to generate eway by all.
even assessee is also liable to generate e invoice

One e-way bill need to be prepare for Bill To Ship.

my question was different
that was a registered dealer is liable to generate e invoice. usally he places order to his his supplier to send the goods directly to his buyer, and his supplier issue generate eway bill under the provision of "BILL TO SHIP TO". and my client dose not generate any eway. and same wway reference provided.
sir please clarify that his way of business is correct or he should also generate eway bill while generating einvoice.
my client plea is that goods are directly dispatched from supplier place and he had issued a eway, goods are not supplied from my place therefore I am not liable to generate eway bill but I would generate e invoice because my turnover requires e invoice.
sir my further request is that please solve my problem I would be thankful to you
