eway bill required?
If value of consignment is less than 50k and distance is 100 km and intra state supply should I generate e way bill?

E way bill is mandatory if the value of consignment is above 50,000 ( Intra State) otherwise no need
Limit of Rs. 50000 is for interstate transactions. Intrastate limit depends upon state to state.
As per your query the invoice amount is less then 50k, so no need to Generate E-way bill.
