Eway Bill on Stock Transfer
Hi any one please tell me if we transfer the stock within state (distance approx 25 km) then eway bill require or not .

EWay Bill is an electronic way bill for movement of goods which can be generated on the eWay Bill Portal. Transport of goods of more than Rs. 50,000 (Single Invoice/bill/delivery challan) in value in a vehicle cannot be made by a registered person without an eway bill. From 1st June 2018 eway bill rules for intra-state transport will uniformly apply to all states
Moreover most of states has postpone the Eway bill for INTERSTATE to 30/6/2018.
