please guide me in a seinerio.
one of my dealer having a place office register under place of business of GST but they have some other place in same city/ state which are not register under GST.
How can we dispatch material to their unregistered place of business.
can I create ship to party at non registered place and dispatch there.
please guide me. The process and if possible any notification or guideline.

If consignment value exceed to 50k, move by Motorised conveyance , eway is mandatory.
First of All , in same state if you have more the one office under same Pan by default they are registered under the same PAN just to add the same as additional place if Business on portal . In this case The E-way Bill will be generated on delivery challan , by selecting SubType :Other , Remarks : Branch Transfer
2nd condition
If other offices has the Different PAN
E-way bill will be generated on TAX Invoice , Sub Type : Outward Supply

E-way bill will be generated on TAX Invoice , Sub Type : Outward Supply
It’s responsibility of other party to register additional place of business you can deliver at that unregistered address
