saler said to me if invoice value is 30000.00 there are not required eway bill

Dear Jamal

As per Rule 138 of CGST Act :

Eway is required to be generated , when the value of consignment is more than 50K & being transported via Motorised conveyance.

Hence even though its interstate but the consignment value is below 50 k , so no need to generate Eway
