as I am both dealer as well as retailer and I am bound to sell my goods ie. cement and tmt bars within 10km radius from my location and I am sending it through my delivery means ie. tractor. what is the amount limit if the goods
send within 10kms of range within the state ? also please let me know is it mandate to generate the e-way bill within 10kms of range?

No need to generate E Way Bill in case of sending of goods within 1o kilometres
As per Rule 138 of CGST Rules when the value of goods, which are being subjected to movement from one place to other, exceeds Rs 50,000/- then e-way bill has to be issued. Further goods transported for a distance of less than 10 KM within the State or UT then details of conveyance in PART-B is not required to be furnished.
I am confused...as some are saying it's not mandatory to generate ewaybill if transported within 10km...please provide any evidence in support...which clearly shows...it's not manadte to generate ewaybill....by GST team of govt
