will be generate on delivery challan the value of material, no need to include job work charges
the cost of the goods sent on job work on delivery challan without payment of any tax. once goods are received back after value addition sale is made tax is payable. if the job worked goods are not received back within a year then full GST is payable as it will be deemed to have been sold.
You don't need to add service charge on eway bill. But in challan you should add service charges also. Dont't forget to bifrucate the values.
For example:Value of Goods 1,00,000 - Your service charge 20,000
Challan Value = 1,20,000 (mention in challan and value)
Eway bill value = 1,00,000
