Eway bill for own use
How to generate eway bill for transportation of goods for own use. Party only regd in rajasthan but goods transporting in maharashtra to maharashtra. And whether to write gst in eway bill.....pls suggest

Your query not clear "party is registered in Rajasthan" who is the supplier & who is the recepient ????
In your case I think you want to move goods from one place to another in maharashtra more over u are not registered in that state.
If u are un registered dealer than u can't raise any eway bill in that state, where as there is a one option move your goods through manual or animal driven carts

as rightly pointed out by varunji party is not registered in maharashtra. but the supplier X supplied goods from andhra to one place in maharashtra and refused to move further. so party is moving goods on own. and not liable to be registered in maharashtra. what to do then. mannual movement not possible.
