but the product of Mr X is lying at Noida(UP)
CAN MR X GENERATE EWAY BILL FROM NOIDA TO MEERUT

e way bill in this case can be generated using dispatch from option in which you will mentioned noida address as dispatch from since goods are lying in noida.
