In eway बिल if someone wrongly entered dispatch point and some officer checked conveyance with eway bill what should be done?

Nothing can be done , Penalty has to be pay
If the officer impose penalty u/s 122 : penalty is 10000/- or 10% of tax due whichever is higher
If imposes penalty under Section 125 : penalty is 25000/-
If the officer impose penalty u/s 122 : penalty is 10000/- or 10% of tax due whichever is higher
If imposes penalty under Section 125 : penalty is 25000/-
you can safeguard yourself under section 126
If officer has imposed penalty under section 129 then what should be done?
