If we send the materials with Blue Dart on E-WAY bill, but customer refuse to accept, the Blue dart asking for eway bill for returning the material, so it is possible to fill eway bill for that material return.

Yes, generate EWB under inward supply & sales return.

Date of return material and original detail of the invoice you enter while generating e way bill

interesting point here is tax invoice is raised and credit note for sales returns booked in supplier books only.
