If i m sending a machine for repair then in that case what rate() and what value(₹) of supply should i mention on the Eway Bill ?

we are in chennai. we have sent 3 invoices to three different customers with different Gstin valuing 60000/- each in a single vehicle. Do we have to raise eway bill?
No marina, since for eway bill invoice value has to be 1,00,000/- or more in Chennai.
