I have billed 150000 to unregistered dealer intra state I'm carrying material my own car is it need to raise E way bill

yes .e way bill is compulsory either inter state or intra state movement of goods value more than rs. 50,000/-
I'm carrying material with my own vehicle so E way bill is compulsory? if other carrier means we can raise waybill right
E way bill compulsory whether material carrying with own vehicle or through transport..
