I purchased goods from
1) Mr A for RS 30000
2)Mr B for RS 30000
since value exceed RS 50000
whether in such case EWAY bill required to be generated???

the eway bill is mandatory as per consignment basis. if you r sending the consignment whose value exceeds rs 50000 the e way bill will be required
As per Notification 15/2018 CT : No.... in this case No Eway is Reguired .

it means if transporter transport goods of RS 60000(30k+30k) even then he is not liable to generate eway bill ??
Yes ,, correct but the consignment of 30k each should not be the same party
means the 1st 30k belongs to A & 2nd 30k should not belong to A ( both the bills should be in different name in one conveyance)
