Eway bill

I want to know if some unregistered person purchase goods from me for resale purpose on cash for rs 70000/- from my shop and takes goods with him, should i will be liable to generate eway bill.

Your liability gets over as point of supply in this transaction is your shop, i.e. he carries the goods at his risk.
For more precaution, prepare B2C bill/s below 50K each.....
Please tell, It will be legally ok if i prepare two bill for rs 40000 and rs 30000
